| Wiredunderground Corporation does not sell any clone units all items are 100% genuine and is very proud to be authorized sellers of all sold satellite products on this website. Shipments are sent out from our warehouses directly to you the customer. Our warehouses are located in Alberta, Canada as well as Ontario, Canada. SHIPMENTS:
All Shipments will be sent via Canada Post within 48 hours of received payment. Shipping times depend on which shipping method chosen. However for standard rate expedited shipping typical Canadian customers can expect to see there shipment within 4 business days, US customers can expect shipment within 6 business days. All shipping methods include full tracking information and insurance.
RETURNS:
Returns are accepted only for items that have been received damaged. Wiredunderground Corporation does not pay shipping to us for any reason. We do cover shipping back to the customer for any damaged items after we receive them from the customer. Customers have a period of 14 days to report any damaged items received. Any hardware issues are covered by the manufacturer for a period of 1 year.
PRIVACY:
Wiredunderground Corporation values privacy very highly and under no condition would we disclose any information. The only information stored on our system is to assist you with your order and provide you with a proper invoice and make your visit as easy as possible. We only keep your name and address to allow you to retrieve your previous orders and to make new orders easy and as quick as possible. We are scanned and verified daily by Scan Alert to be a secure safe website for your convenience. We comply with the strictest standards put forth by Scan Alert and by the payment card data security standard. You can be assured that Wiredunderground Corporation will provide you with a secure safe shopping experience.
PAYMENT:
We accept payment by paypal, check, money order, C.O.D ( Cash On Delivery ), and Interac email payment ( Canadian customers only ) *for Interac email payments you must select the check or money order payment option at the time of checkout and notify us that you will be paying via Interac email payment and we will mark your invoice as paid in full at the time we receive the payment. For this option please let us know what the secret word is you will choose so that we can accept the payment.
